Western Warriors Invitational Tournament

Arrival:
Please arrive at Western no later than 7:00.
Hosting:
It is our responsibility to ensure every competitor is treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. As hosts, we must go out of our way to make sure the tournament runs smoothly.
Tournament Clean-up:
Once awards are finished, the team will meet in the auditorium for instructions on clean-up assignments and duties. Expect to be at school until at least 7:00.

Food:
Food will be available at the tournament. Students can easily pay for lunch and snacks with $10.00 - $15.00. Students are more than welcome to pack a lunch or snacks for the tournament.
Dress Code:
Students are expected to look nice at tournaments. Depending on their event, their dress will vary from khakis and a nice shirt to a business suit. Regardless, clothes should be clean, wrinkle free and professional. They are welcome to bring comfortable clothes for after the tournament.
Visual Aids/Stools/Supplies:
Students must either take all needed supplies home with them Friday night and bring them back Saturday morning OR leave them on stage. No one will be able to go anywhere in the building other than the stage Saturday morning. Students are responsible for all of their supplies. |
