SCHEDULE:

Thursday, April 29 - Saturday, May 1, 2010

Departure:

We will depart at 1:15, after 5th hour, Thursday, April 29th.  We plan to be on the road by 1:30, and arrive in Mount Pleasant by 3:30 - 4:00.  

Return:

We should be back to Western at approximately 10:30PM on Saturday, May 1st.  Students will call parents/guardians 15 minutes before arrival back to school.

Students will be responsible for ALL meals Friday and Saturday There will be a continental breakfast served Friday and Saturday morning which is included with the hotel stay.

Dress Code:

Students are expected to look nice at tournaments.  Depending on their event, their dress will vary from khakis and a nice shirt to a business suit.  Regardless, cloths should be clean, wrinkle free and professional.  They are welcome to bring comfortable cloths for after the tournament.

Visual Aids/Stools/Supplies:

Students must either take all needed supplies home with them Thursday night and bring them back Friday morning OR leave them on stage.  Students are responsible for all of their supplies.
