Practice Hours

Practice hours can be obtained in three specific ways.  All are subject to attendance records and supervision of a coach, student mentor, or judge.

1.Team meetings -  One hour will be logged in for all students present at each team meeting. See Calendar of Events

2.In-school practice hours – For every hour students spend practicing with their coach, mentor, or in the presence of a supervising coach they will receive credit for one logged-in practice hour.  Each of these hours must be signed off by a coach.  

3.Tournaments – For every round of competition, students will receive credit for one logged-in practice hour.  Students will receive a minimum of three (3) to a maximum of five (5).

All team members must fulfill the minimum number of practice hours for each tournament to be eligible to compete.

Eligibility requirements must be met by the Monday meeting prior to the tournament.
